f)    When speaking on the telephone, at your initial contact, do you feel that they are ‘friendly’ and ‘supportive’, or is there a ‘pushiness’ about getting to agree to a visit? ( Any persuasiveness, may mean that they could be also persuasive when the visit your home, putting pressure on you to buy)
